How to choose a suitable high pressure pump

1. The working performance of the high pressure pump is determined by the two parameters of pressure and flow rate.

Choose the pressure and flow of the high-pressure pump according to the continuous working time and the required working pressure and flow.

The calibrated pressure and flow rate of the high-pressure pump are the maximum pressure and flow rate used by the high-pressure pump.

For example, the self-service car washing machine, the car washing time is not long, you can directly choose the pressure and flow calibrated by the high-pressure pump as the working parameters.

If you use a high-pressure washer (equipment) to work on the production line, and the continuous working time is far more than 8 hours, you must confirm with the technician when purchasing whether the pump can withstand long-term work.

2. In the selection of supporting motors, it is recommended to use three-phase motors as much as possible, especially for industrial applications.

3. The cleaning power of the high-pressure washer is determined by the two parameters of the pressure and flow of the high-pressure pump.

Generally, buyers will choose a washing machine with suitable pressure according to their own experience. The following is the data table for choosing different pressures for different cleaning objects, which can be referred to:

4. For high-pressure washers with the same power, the cleaning power of the washer with larger flow rate is stronger.
