Turning the manifold and the back cover up-side down are the two operations required to change crankshaft side. 1. Remove the eight manifold bolt n. 1and separate the head from the pump. Turn the power end up side down and fit the manifold back in place, tightening the 8 bolts n.1 with a torque wrench set for 80** Nm. 2. Put the pump vertical, manifold facing, down in order to work on the back cover without having to drain the pump oil.
